Our Celebrated Chefs
Highly acclaimed Executive Chef, Matt Bolton, has overseen the kitchen operations at the C restaurant + bar since 2014. Bolton's commitment to stellar culinary cuisine is reflected in his carefully chosen menus and his inspiration to work alongside his team in the preparation of every dish. Chef Michelle Lee has worked at the InterContinental The Clement Monterey since 2015 and runs the pastry program.
The Library - Private Dining
Our intimate private dining room, The Library, features a private dining setting for up to 24 people. As one of the most inviting private dining experiences on the Monterey Peninsula, The Library houses various first edition John Steinbeck novels.
