Diving at Point Lobos

From Bluefish Cove and Cannery Point to Coal Shute Cove and Granite Point Pinnacles, the park is filled with quiet places to explore the Bay and enjoy its extraordinary inhabitants. Fees for scuba diving and snorkeling are $10 per person in addition to park entry fees.

What should I plan to bring?

Good walking shoes, layered clothing, sunscreen, a hat, and water are must-haves. You'll probably want to bring along your camera, binoculars and lunch to make your visit event better. Pets, sporting equipment and most music devices are prohibited.

What is China Cove?

Located in the southernmost area of the park, this secluded cove features a beautiful white sand beach, stunning blue-green water and is often a resting spot for native Harbor Seals.
